Initially when I took the test I was a little dissapointed.. however after looking back this is my first month off BC and obviously first month TTC. I've been on BC for 5 years and never tracked my cycles before then so I'm assuming my cycles are longer than the 28 days that they were when I was on BC. After I got my BFN I did yoga, sat out in the sun, and then jammed to some old school music. Now I am looking forward to TTC during my second cycle. And I have an excuse to use the pre seed and opks I bought a few days ago ☺ If any of you are looking for ways to feel more positive about your BFNs please reach out to me!
