All birth is “natural,” as in, from nature. I assume what you mean is “unmedicated.”

I had two unmediated ones. (Not voluntarily, more like there was no time)
It wasn’t as bad as I expected, except for that last hour. 
With our third baby, I got an epidural. It was magical, there is no going back for me lol. All the benefits without the pain. I didn’t feel anything but a little pressure. They had to tell me to push because I couldn’t feel the contraction. Two pushes and she was born. I loved it.

I’m having a non-medicated home birth with a midwife! (Unless I have a complicated pregnancy or the baby is at risk somehow, then I’ll go in to the hospital.) but if everything is fine I’d rather labor in the comfort of my own home!

Due to me having two titanium rods in my back I can't get an epidural or spinal tap. My doctor has told me we will try for a vaginal birth, but I can have IV pain meds and/or laughing gas.

I’ve have two births without pain meds. I did have antibiotics both times because of group B strep, and I had pitocin the first time because my water broke and contractions didn’t start. 
So they weren’t actually unmedicated, but I had no pain relief. Pitocin with no pain relief is no joke either! That was a long day. My second baby came fast a furious with no induction of an sort; I’d take that 10 times over compared to the experience with my first.

My other two kids were unmedicated births, and I’m planning for the same this time around. Of course it’s impossible to plan with 100% certainty, but as much as it’s in my control I’m making decisions to avoid unnecessary interventions.

My goal is a vaginal unmedicated birth BUT I had a csection just 10 mo ago at this point (17 at the time I give birth) and my dr will not induce me so we will see there will be a lot of taking it one day at a time
