Newborn forsure .. my son was floating in newborn and he was 7lbs 3 oz ... 0-3 would of been huge

My son was 8lbs 6oz when he was born & still fit in newborn. I just bring some 0-3 month gowns with me just in case.

Haha I think it depends. My nephew went home in 3 month clothes. He was HUGE. He looked like a stuffed sausage in the gown the hospital provided 🤣

I brought a nb & a 0-3 month outfit just in case. I used the nb one because my daughter so so small (6lbs 11oz).

I would take both newborn and 0-3 months. My first was 8lbs 3oz and newborn was to small. Thankfully my NaNa brought her a 0-3 month to the hospital. My second was 7lbs 2.6oz and newborn fit perfect!

My son was 7.7 lbs & even newborn was big on him for about a week lol. He wore nb clothes for 6 weeks.

I packed newborn & tiny baby as a week before they gave me an estimated weight of baby, turns out both where too big & day after I was discharged from hospital I was in mother care getting prem baby clothes. (She was full term & definitely not expecting her to only be 5 and half pounds) 
No harm in packing a few different sizes just in case :)

We brought 0-3 after everyone said newborn wouldn’t fit. He was 8 lb 9 oz and his outfit was rather large on him.

My nephew was 9 lbs 4oz at birth and newborn still fit him.

For me I now know to always have preemie, newborn, & 0-3 month all because idk how big or how soon baby will show up. I have yet to have a full term baby so usually preemie clothes for me.
