Hypertension/preeclampsia question

So I’ve been diagnosed for a few weeks with gestational hypertension and headed towards preeclampsia. I’m being seen 2x a week for NST and bp checks but my doctor also said to take it at home if I can. I’ve taken it a few times now and the readings have been: last night 140/90, today has been 135/95 and just now 138/113. I have an appt tomorrow so should I just keep these recordings and tell him tomorrow or how would you proceed? I’m 36 weeks and had preterm labor stopped and steroids given at 33 weeks so I’m prepared to have this baby any time now.
