How to I handle an issue with a NICU nurse who is caring for my twins? Yesterday was her first time with them and she just kind of rubbed me the wrong way and even tried preventing me from doing skin to skin with the twins. I had to inform her there was doctors orders for it and non nutritive breast feeding etc.

She was back today. We have some pacifiers that are obviously not from the hospital and are softer than the ones provided in the NICU that are way easier for my nuggets to handle. The occupational therapist went over them and approved them as well. Not to mention they were NOT cheap. Anyways I came in today and she threw one of them away saying that the pacifier was to “advanced” for her. She has had it since day 2 and has been in the NICU for two weeks now.
