Breastfeeding mamas
I had started my weight loss journey in April 2018, fell pregnant, and I have hyperemesis. So i have lost 100 pounds in the past year. I know after this pregnancy that I want to exclusively nurse the first 6 weeks, and when I go back to work I am hoping to pump and only supplement as needed if needed.
With that being said, when I get the all clear, i want to resume going to the gym a few times a week, and eat a balanced “diet” but i don’t know where to start or what i can do that wont hinder my supply?
Advice/help PLEASE. Point me in a direction 😂
I just want to go into it realistically.
