Am I overreacting?

My husband is an amazing man and he works full time. I stay at home with our 2 year old and am currently 8 months pregnant. Today both my son and I woke up with a stomach virus and it’s been hell for me. My husband came home for lunch like normal and our trash can was full, instead of offering to take it out he just throws more shit in there and totally ignores it then heads back to work.

Then he gets home from work and makes himself dinner (my son and I weren’t eating cause we are so sick) and he leaves the kitchen a huge mess including his food from dinner just laying out on the counter.

I feel like him knowing I’m sick and pregnant and taking care of our 2 year old that he could’ve been a little more caring and helpful. Am i overreacting?
