Cat tips! Helppp!

I have 2 cats, one of them only eats dry food

(Boy, About 6/7 years old) and my other cat only eats wet food! (Girl, 2 years old) will only eat dry food if it’s late and she knows no wet food is going to be coming to her anytime soon! However, if I put a little wet food in my other cats bowl, the girl eats it and the boy one doesn’t really care for it, just sniffs it. SOOO my question is!!! Tips to make my girl cat enjoy dry food as well, and my boy cat enjoy wet food!! Also!! My boy cat is like overweight, so if anyone has tips for my cat to lose weight, I’ll appreciate them as well lol because he doesn’t even do anything and never likes playing with toys, just sleeps all day & eats.
