Did anyone have feet that went back to their old shoe size after pregnancy? I’m 32 weeks and have been dealing with swelling for around 2 months. None of my shoes fit except my Birkenstock’s and I had to loosen the straps on those. Problem is I can’t tell if it’s just due to swelling or if my feet have actually gone up in size. I know that if my arch drops and my foot grows longer that it’s permanent, but that if it’s just due to swelling they’ll return to normal. I’ve been wearing shoes with a high arch for added support to hopefully protect my arches from dropping too much. Anyone have any luck with going back to their normal shoe size after baby? And how can I tell if it’s just swelling or if my foot has grown longer?
