Change in diet at 24w?
Okay y'all, so I'm a really unhealthy eater. I'm excessively over weight for my height. I know I should have changed my diet and started eating healthy and exercising prepregnancy and when I found out I was pregnant but I didn't. This may be a stupid question, but is it safe to change my diet and start exercising mid-pregnancy? Like what if I start to lose weight instead of gain ? Will my baby still be getting all she needs as long as I'm being healthy and getting proper nutrients?
