Going to the gym alone?😔
In all my years of going to the gym, I have ALWAYS had a gym buddy. If one buddy couldn’t make it, I’d go with another buddy. Well I started a new shift at work ((7am-5:30pm ; 4 days a week sometimes 5)) and it is crazyyy and does not fit well with my buddies like it used to.
So todayyyy, after work I planned to take a nap then hit the gym around 8:30 or 9pm and guess what😓😤🤬 NONE of my buddies can make it!!!
I thought about saying fuck it and skip a day but I don’t want to let myself down just because I don’t have a gym buddy to go with, plus my goal is to go to the gym 5 days a week and im already planning to rest on friday and sunday.
Does anyone else find it to be less motivating to go alone? How can i build motivation to go alone?
