Not a clue!  First pregnancy I had low progesterone low hcg, they thought I’d miscarry, and had hg.
Second pregnancy, progesterone and hcg were so high that they thought multiples, and I didn’t have even a hint of nausea.
Third pregnancy I have hg again but I haven’t had any levels tested.
