34 weeks- 2 cups per day
36 weeks- 2-3 cups per day
38 weeks- 3 cups per day

I’ve been drinking it since trying to conceive- so for 7 years. I drink it in all trimesters. It does not induce or cause contractions. It’s great for uterine health. Had my daughter last May- birth was uncomplicated, unmedicated, 20 min of pushing - maybe 6 pushes. I’m currently 21 weeks and have been drinking my rrlt the whole pregnancy. I drink traditional medicinals brand. I make big batches with honey and lemon so I can drink it cold whenever I want.

32 weeks and worked my way up until I was up to 4 cups a day at 39 weeks. Did absolutely nothing. Went to 41 weeks, my labor was 37 hours, pushing for 2 hours, ended in an assisted vacuum birth and episiotomy.
