Bleeding? When to contact OB?

Hi all. Do I might just be paranoid. I am right on when I miscarried my last pregnancy so I’ve been a bit on edge. Yesterday I had a bit of blood in my CM, made it a light brown. This morning, it was definitely more brown and darker but still there. I just went to the restroom and when I wiped it was now red, not a lot but definitely red blood. When should I contact my OB? I almost just want blood work to ease my mind because this is deja vu from my miscarried (although that spitting started red and was definitely more)
