I don’t put on weight nicely

And by that I mean that I put on weight on my face, arms, back, I get rolls under my boobs but on my boobs and of course I get a pouch on my belly... ugh I wish my body stored fat on my hips ass and boobs only :(

Also I hate how I gained more weight after pregnancy that when I was pregnant I just got hungrier due to breastfeeding I guess...

Anybody knows what kind of exercises Would help with the fat on arms and the upper back?
