Anyone who’s had a vaginal AND cesarean delivery...can you please tell me your experience?

My first baby was a vaginal delivery, I was induced at 40+3. I’m scheduled for a c section and curious how recovery will be. If you’ve done both, could you please compare your experiences and give me any advice you might have? Thank you!!

I've had both and definitely prefer vaginal birth over c-section. Recovery wise they were pretty much the same for me, vaginal was more painful because I tore and just having to sit hurt a lot, but I liked that I was able to get up and move around right away and I could eat right away. C-section was hard when it came to getting in and out of bed, if I coughed or sneezed and rolling over. I found with my c-section holding a pillow to my incision helped with getting up, coughing and sneezing and staying active helped me heal quicker. I also recommend keeping up on pain meds which will help a lot.
