I’m just curious. I did go to the obgyn for my normal 24 week appt today and told her what was going on. We think it’s a combo of allergies and my uterus growing that I am having difficultly breathing. One minute I’m fine my chest doesn’t hurt or feel tight next thing you know my chest is so tight I can barley breath. I have been coughing up mucus trying to get it all up. She told me to use saline solution to clear out my sinuses, Robitussin for my cough and Claritin for allergies and to relax and not over do it seeing as I’ll make myself worse. Now I’m currently outside with my 17 month old son feeling like my heart isn’t pounding for once and able to breath. Anyone else have any other tips besides putting Vic’s on your chest which I have been doing for two days. My obgyn said I have pretty much exhausted out all other things to do seeing as I already have been taking meds for two days now. I’m just over feeling this way and wanna be able to breath. 🤦🏽‍♀️ someone make it stop!
