Breastfeeding pain :(

My son is 1 week old today and I have had so many problems with breastfeeding but I cannot give up yet. I am supplementing because I just can’t deal through the pain sometimes. Today, I had a slight headache and body aches and I find they are worse when my breasts are engorged and I am due to pump. No fever or any other symptoms but they hurt a lot!! I am strictly pumping due to the pain and bleeding when he feeds but I am giving him the milk in a bottle. Anyone else experience this? Thank you
