I use Flintstone’s Complete. They contain iron and folic acid. They’re the only multi/prenatal I’ve been able to find that isn’t expensive due to being labeled as “prenatal” and they don’t make me puke, get headaches or constipated. They also don’t taste like chopped up fried butthole lol

I recommend NatureMade with DHA (DHA helps support brain and eyes development for the baby) prenatal vitamins for you. And NatureMade Multi-Vitamin for Him - for your partner. And prenatal vitamins don’t help you get pregnant; rather they help prepare your body for pregnancy. Best to start taking them at least 3 months prior to TTC - and of course throughout your pregnancy as well. But you can of course always start now too. 💜
