Breast self exams during pregnancy

When did you do self exams during pregnancy? My mom has breast cancer and she’s been cancer free now for many years. I used to always do the self exams when I wasn’t pregnant right around my cycle but I’ve been bad at doing them since I’m pregnant. I also know you can’t get mammograms during pregnancy. I’m 25 weeks now.
