38 week appt
Went to my appointment today and was kinda excited to see if I made any progress.. she checked me and I’m still a 1cm I’m so sad I cried in the car I want this baby out but at the same time thinking of going into labor makes me feel sick, nauseous and light headed.. any tips on how to dilate faster? I’ve had tons and tons of sex so.. not that
