So I got my nose pierced a week ago and it's still hurting pretty bad and I'm pretty sure it's because I accidentally almost pulled it out when I scratched my nose. I called my the guy that did my piercing and he told me that it's probably hurting from the trauma and to keep cleaning it like I have been but to put a tiny bit of Neosporin on it after I clean it. Now EVERYTHING online is telling me to absolutely not use Neosporin on a nose piercing but he told me to and I'm having mixed feelings. Has anyone experienced this?
