Should I be waking my 6 week old at night for feedings?

Ebf mom here: I wake my daughter up every 4 hours at night to eat but if I miss my alarm, shes happy to sleep longer. I see moms write about how their newborns sleep through the night so I'm wondering now if I should be letting her sleep and just feed on demand at night?

I’m gonna assume she’s back up to birth weight so you don’t need to wake her anymore if she is!

I have been waking up mine after 5 hours between feedings for the night one. I only have to feed him once during the night. He usually starts to fuss at 4.5 hours, sometimes he makes it to 5. 
At 8 weeks I will try and cut the night time feeding, a lot of the reading I have done says sooner than that is too soon.

My daughter is 6w and I wake her every 3 hours during the day but I let her sleep at night. Sometimes she wakes up herself in about 4-6hrs depending on the night

Advice in UK is babies up to 6 weeks old shouldn't go more than 5 hours once in each 24 hour period.
If you had a full term healthy baby who has reached 6 weeks and is gaining weight appropriately then it's OK to let them sleep.
