It means you have protein in your urine and that none is expected.

1+ doesn’t mean a whole lot of anything unless you have high BP or have high liver enzymes. Could lead to preeclampsia but not necessarily. A lot of pregnant women have some protein in their urine (I’m a OB triage/labor and delivery nurse)
