Do you feel confident getting naked in front of your man ?

I have been with my boyfriend 3 years + now and I’ve never felt okay with him looking at my body in the nude I always try to keep covered despite him telling me he loves my body I just can’t help but feel sooooo insecure & it’s just got worse since having a baby with the extra stretch marks and scars on my skin :(
