Constipation cramp tips?

I have pretty awful constipation and I get cramps from it so do you know any remedies that could help??

I have IBS and whenever I get constipated really bad and I need a miracle I always use magnesium citrate. It’s a clear liquid that comes in a glass bottle and it works within a few hours and it works WELL. It’s always my go-to. As far as cramps go, if pain meds aren’t working try a heating pad.

You can use mira lax 3x a day the 2x a day then once a day to stay regular or try benefiber. Get on a good probiotic. Bentyl(u need a script) will help the cramping but can cause constipation if you dont drink a ton of water. Drinking water when you first get up helps your jump start your bowels. You can always add lemons,fruit ect. If you get tired of drink plain water.
