Is the midwife/doctor wrong::: 18 weeks

Went to hospital to get checked out because of cramping and pressure, I told them I could feel baby move like a rolling sensation and was really noticeable and they gave me the weirdest look and said you don’t usually feel baby this early am I crazy, what else could this be I’ve been feeling it since 16 weeks it’s my first pregnancy
