Kyleena side effects

I’ve had kyleena for about 3.5 months. I haven’t had a period since I got it. I’ve also felt very nauseous and have head headaches. I took a pregnancy test so I know I’m not pregnant. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?
