Discovered my first Hemorrhoid 😫

Posting this anonymously as I feel so mortified about it!

I’m currently 22 weeks + 3 and I found my first haemorrhoid last night, it’s about the size of a pea and it’s so painful!

Any tips for what I can use? I’m from the UK btw.
