Should I get the implant?

I won't do it again, but I'm glad I did it. 
The worst was that it made me emotional, gave me super sore nipples, and changed my cycle. All of that level off though about 3-4 months into it. Emotions and nipples settled by the end of the first month.

i love the implant! it wasn’t too painful to get but left bad bruising for about a week. i haven’t had any side effects except horrible moodiness. i find myself irritated all the time lol
the only downside is that since its in my arm, if i’m laying a certain was and put pressure on it or if i bump into things it hurts a lot. but i’m also just sensitive haha

Im useless at remembering to take pills on time. I makes more sense to me to have something that lasts 3 years and not have to worry. It stops my periods so I’m saving money on pads and tampons (though i do own a cup). Ive had no negative side effects like weight gain.

Was the perfect choice for me! 
No weight gain. No scares or complications. No change in acne/skin. I also had no periods for the entire 3 years which was a plus for me!
I feel like it did make me moodier sometimes and the first 2 years it increased my sex drive a lot.. which I didn’t mind lol. I don’t experience many side effects.

The huge benefit for me was that I didn’t have to worry about remembering to take a pill or anything like that. 
It has a really high level of effectiveness without you having to do anything!! 
But i think the side effects it can have on people can really vary! 
For me, it took about a year for my periods to settle down. I was hoping the implant would stop my period entirely, as it does for some people. But it didn’t - mine went really irregular- the big downside is that I don’t know when my periods going to appear!!
