NIPT low fetal fraction

I took the the panaroama NIPT blood draw about a week ago at 11w2d and got my results a week later inconclusive due to low fetal fraction. I think it was too soon, and I am slightly over weight at 200 lbs and 5 foot 8. I know it's not a cause for alarm yet but has anyone found out about genetic disorders because of low fetal fraction? And has anyone had to retest multiple times? Do you think this tests results will take longer if there is enough dna? This nurse made it seem like the only reason it came back in a weeks time was because it was low fetal fraction but I have read a lot of women say it only took a week to get results.
