Child support
I don’t know the right place to post this so I’m sorry if it’s not in the right group. But I’m having a baby in November and me and the father are not together anymore. My question is, if I file for child support and he pays, would the judge order the baby to have his last name?
In my opinion even if you’re paying child support, if you’re not involved you’re still not a parent and they should not get that right. This is for Indiana by the way.
