Sciatic pain! 😖
I’ve just hit the 3rd trimester and for the last week I’ve been having awful lower back pain on the right side. It’s a sharp stab and happens all of a sudden. I notice it gets worse when I hold my 30 lb toddler more. I never had back pain with my first pregnancy. Any other mamas experience this? What helped provide relief?
