Craving carbs??
So I’m 13 weeks and I have the worst craving for carbs. When I’m eating lunch or dinner I try to eat healthy by getting my protein and veggies, however when I start to eat them I find myself not being able to eat a lot. I can take maybe 3 bites of meat or protein and about 5 or 6 bites of veggies and I just can’t make myself eat anymore. But if there are some kind of carbs like plain mashed potatoes, plain pasta, or bread I find myself being able to eat a lot more of it. I wouldn’t say I’m normally nauseated when it comes to eating but I do get kind of queasy when I try to make myself eat proteins, veggies and even fruits. I’m down 10 pounds so far and the doctor says it’s normal for the first trimester but does anyone have any advice on how to eat something other than carbs??
