HELP IDK what to post this on

Ok so this guy and I are friends and he said if I did not send him nudes he would post something on social media and tell everyone bad things about me that are not true.. so I had to then I did I sent him it and I was like u know what I gave up bc I said I have been.... Beat up by GUYS, Treated like shit by GUYS but at the end u are the one feeling bad about yourself not me so he did post stuff about me I blocked him and removed him in my contacts so idk what to do.... I’m scared....
