Too paranoid or right on???
TTC baby #1. Is it okay to continue my normal fitness routine even though I could be pregnant? I do body pump (cardio with weights) and spin (1 hour of each), 3-4 times per week. I know most people carry on doing everything and don't even know they are pregnant with no ill effects but I'm nervous to do anything that could have a negative impact. Thanks for the input all!
