Painful sex (tmi)

We haven’t been having rough sex lately but even just two fingers hurt. I’m 11 weeks pregnant and still have a high sex drive. After we have sex I feel so sore. My vagina feels like it was tore open and that didn’t really ever happen before. There are sometimes we will have sex and I’ll be wet but it still is hard to get it in there, my vagina just doesn’t want to open so we won’t have sex. There are other times I’ll be wet and it’ll go in but it still feels so stretched out and like it’s ripped afterwards. Did this happen to anyone, if so, why does it happen? Never really happened before pregnancy. We also don’t have sex too often, like 2 - 3 weeks a week just because it’s sore.
