Belly Binder & Scar
How long did you wear the belly binder that the hospital gave you? How long was your scar tender postpartum?
Currently almost 4 weeks postpartum and still wearing the binder bc I feel like my insides will fall out if I don’t lol and my steri-strips just came off two days ago and my scar is super tender
