Core Workout Suggestions?
Hey mommas! I’m on baby #3. It’ll be the 3rd in 4 years so needless to say my core is wrecked. I want to work on strengthening my core with this babe thru pregnancy just so I feel better cuz my back is already getting sore trying to compensate.
I’m 8 weeks with this babe. And have had healthy and safe deliveries of my other two.
I did yoga for a while! Loved it. Still walk as much as I can when weather permits here in the desert.
