Too early for blood test???

Went for progesterone/& I guess blood pregnancy test same day he told me I had good ovulation(FiNaLLY) 23.5 but said I’m not pregnant this was Wednesday. Friday morning started light bleeding then very little spotting later. That night we bd then more blood. Saturday nothing but a little brown while wiping today nothing. My boobs hurt sooo bad especially my nipples. Trying not to get my hopes up. With the blood test being negative Wednesday. But I just feel pregnant.
