Ive been getting breakouts on my shoulder and chest for a while now. Is it just body acne or eczema i dont know much about skin conditions. Right now it doesnt look to bad but my shoulder get pretty bad with red bumps and what look like white heads. Are there any creams or body washes that would help. I heard hot showers can cause break outs but im not sure since its just my shoulders and chest. Its starting to get hot in texas and this makes me a little self conscience about wearing tank tops.
