Cold sore or pimple?!

HELP! Is this a cold sore or pimple? I don’t usually share food or drinks, I don’t think I know anyone with cold sores, but this one looks like one I think.. it’s been 3 days since it’s come up. I use facial removal cream on my upper lip but I haven’t in weeks I don’t know what this is please help

If it wasn’t itchy and irritated before the blister popped up it’s definitely just a pimple. 
The area kinda feels numb/itchy just before a cold sore is about to make an appearance.

Do you/did you shave? Since it looks like there’s hair in and around the area maybe that’s where it came from

I haven’t shaved it, I used nail it kinda works the same as a razor! And yeah that is a hair!! But i don’t know if the bump is focused that much on that hair follicle or my lip :( I’m freaking out
