Personally, I wouldn't. Sugar is a problem and artificial sweetners are unhealthy, too.
If you've got an upset stomach make some hot tea with peppermint and chopped up ginger root in it. Or find a ginger and peppermint tea.

There’s a lot of sugar. If it’s diet then ok but regular I would avoid.
