Struggling with out your own mother?

Question

Is anyone else in this group struggling with going through pregnancy with out your Mom? My mom past 2 years ago and she had been such a part of my pregnancy and delivery with my son and I’m having a hard time with out her here for this one. This is actually one of the factors that made us wait so long to think about having a second baby. I’m so grateful for the time she got with me and my son during his first year because I learned a lot from her during that time but it’s not making me feel better right now. One thing that is giving me a little joy back is that our daughter is scheduled to be delivered on my moms birthday so it will help me feel like she is apart of it all some how

My dad died when I was pregnant with my first, my mom died when I when I was pregnant with my second. I’m half way through with my 3rd and missing any kind of parent right now. My in-laws are less than desirable and absent even though they live 15 mins away. 
The first 2 weeks after having my second I cried everyday for my mom. I’m hoping it doesn’t hit me as hard this time around.

Every day. My mom died unexpectedly a year and a half ago and as a ftm, I’m really mad at myself for waiting till 36 to have my own baby girl.

Yes. My mother died when I was in high school so it's been a while for me and I've had a lot of moments without her. But its definitely hard when I have pregnancy or baby related questions. I want to know how she felt or how she was and I dont get to ask those things:( but I remind myself I have other ppl in my life too and be thankful for them. I'm sorry you feel this way but you're not alone

I lost my dad 3 years ago, a year before my first was born and it’s really been a struggle for me both pregnancies without him. He was a calm and strengthening force in my life and I feel lost without him. He always gave me the best advice so I close my eyes whenever I’m feeling down and try to think of what he says and it helps a little. Sending you love!

I've been feeling some type of way because I'm the baby girl of 4 children. I recently moved back home to AZ from GA (where my soon to be ex husband & in laws live). My mom passed when I was 10 yrs old & my grandparents both passed away as well. After 7 losses with my ex, I am now expecting a babygirl. I'm trying to cheer up because I know she can feel my sorrow. I just can't help it. Everything is literally hitting me at once. After 5 yrs of marriage, I will soon be divorced & having my first child at 25. I hate this feeling but I know Yahweh has me no matter what. Without Christ I am nothing. I just have to try to wake up everyday and speak life into myself.
