Healthy food help!
7 weeks 6 days roughly (I'll find out tomorrow how far along I actually am) and exercise is the only thing for the last 3 weeks that has kept the nausea at bay. But after I'm starving. As a personal trainer I know what my healthy options should be but veggies and grilled chicken literally make me sick right now. What are you favorite, healthier, non veggy based lunches? Help a momma out!
