Is this even possible?

So my last period was March 6, was a normal period. Didn’t track ovulation after that, and my next period was due April 7th. I usually start around the time glow says I will start, although sometimes my period will come a couple days earlier or later then predicted. My period never came. I took multiple pregnancy test and all came back negative, I had spotting on April 19th and took an ovulation test thinking it was spotting from that cause it was only when I wiped, and boom, I WAS ovulating. Is that even possible to ovulate that late and even if I didn’t have my period in April?!
