So confused!! Advice please

Jodi • Sat, Sep 19 • 32 trying to conceive with my hubby after a 14 week miscarriage in November

I'm 32 ttc my 2nd child after 12 years. I had a mc in November at 14wks and another in March at 5wks. I am now 13 days past AF and all bfn. I have sickness, fatigue, headaches and sore breast. I spotted yesterday morning and that was it. I've never missed AF visit unless I was pregnant... So so confused... Any words of encouragement??
