Has anyone diagnosed with HELLP Syndrome continued on to have another pregnancy? Was it a healthy pregnancy? Were you considered high risk from the start of your new pregnancy?

Backstory: 13.5 months ago I was suddenly diagnosed with HELLP SYNDROME after having a normal healthy fraternal twin pregnancy. It was recommended by 2 doctors that I do not have anymore babies because I may not be so lucky next time. They told me I had a 98% chance of getting it again. 4 weeks later my husband had a vasectomy then left for a 6 month training and was never did his follow appointments. Now, I find myself 2 days late for period with no signs of it coming. I always wanted a big family and prayed every night his procedure for one little swimmer to make it through. I am a nervous wreck now thinking what could happen again or worse.

I know a doctor is the best person to go to at this moment but we just moved to Arizona 3 months ago and finding an OB was not at the top of my to-do list. Now i need to do research before I “settle” due to the risks.
