I need help

Hi so a back story I had my beautiful baby girl four months ago. When she was three months I thought I was pregnant so I took a pregnancy test and it came positive. I already had appointments to get my Mirena. I call my doctor to let her know I had a pregnancy test when I went over there she said it was negative and she did in ultrasound and everything look great. So both decide to put the Mirena on for 5 years. Now is been a month the I have the Mirena and I been feeling pregnant again so I decided to take a test it is faint and I did took two

test and diferente brand. I’m going to have a doctor appointment I just wanted to know if anybody got pregnant with IUD.
