Self care/hate
I am having one of those horrible days where nothing seems to be okay. One of those days where I just sit and compare myself to everyone else...
I’m not good enough, I’m not fit enough, I’m not pretty enough, my personality sucks, where I live sucks... I just hate my life in this moment and I absolutely hate feeling this way.
I talk to my boyfriend about it and of course “you’re perfect to me.” Pretty much sums that up... (obviously he went more into detail) but to me, I don’t believe it. I don’t believe it at all.
What do you ladies do to help calm yourself down when you’re having one of these days??? All I want to do is cry cry cry cry
